“Business requested to develop a web based fleet management system for efficiently tracking their assets (trucks). The system allows user to record the money advanced for each trip which gets issued from the Petty cash. After driver returns from his trip, the trip mileage and Fuel consumption is recorded and compared with the planned mileage in the system. Trip expenses are recorded and bill receipts can be uploaded. This efficiently generates the trip settlements which summarizes all the advances, trip costs, trip expenses and amount to be paid to or refunded by the driver. Trip advances are issued from Petty cash. Any external advance, trip expenses are recorded and issued to the driver from the petty cash. The settlements of amount are to be paid or to be refunded by the driver.”
